Within the new Human Resources Department, we are recruiting a Payroll and ADP Manager on permanent contracts. The position reports directly to the HRD

In close collaboration with the Support Departments and employees, the Payroll Manager and ADP will be responsible for:

  • Follow and administratively support the employee throughout the duration of his/her contract, from the employee's entry into the company until his/her departure.
  • Collect documents related to the hiring, for the registration of personal data and for the proper maintenance of the personnel file.
  • Follow-up on absences due to sickness, paid holidays, RTT, leave provided for in the collective agreement.
  • Collect, calculate and prepare payroll elements (overtime or complementary hours, bonuses, luncheon vouchers, etc...) by extraction from our planning software, interface and integration into our payroll tools.
  • Take charge of monthly, half-yearly and annual social declarations.
  • Record and monitor individual and collective data of the company's staff.
  • Ensure the application of legal and regulatory provisions in the company
  • Answering and/or redirecting employees' questions about pay, holidays, social security charges, mutual insurance, providence and pensions.
  • Follow up on the training plan in association with the Human Resources Department.


  • 2/3 years of higher education with at least 6 years of similar experience in a Payroll department.
  • You are familiar with office automation tools (such as Office Pack) and HRIS (Show, Studio, SAP HR).
  • Use of English (desired) and Spanish would be a plus.
  • Knowledge of payroll for intermittent workers would be a plus.
  • You have a spirit of analysis, synthesis and rigour and are discreet.
  • You respect the rules and process of confidentiality
  • You are anticipatory, pro-active, organised and able to make decisions.
  • You are known for your interpersonal and listening skills.
